At My Load 24, we value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion
Currently, account deletion must be requested via email for security and identity verification purposes.

Steps to Follow:

In the body of the email, please request the deletion. If you are a driver, you may be asked to verify your identity to ensure security.
What Data is Deleted?
Once your request is processed, the following data will be deleted:

Personal Information: Name, Phone Number, Profile Photos.
Driver Documents (if applicable): Aadhar card, RC, Driving License, Vehicle Photos.
App Data: Saved locations, wallet balance, and user preferences.
Data Retention Policy
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, your active profile will be deactivated immediately. However, please note:

Past booking history, financial transactions, and ride records may be retained securely for up to 180 days to comply with local financial, tax, and legal regulations.
After the retention period, all associated data is permanently purged from our active servers.
